"Echoes From Another Time" encapsulates the essence of life in the Australian pioneering days, evoking a sense of nostalgia and connection to another era. It captures the essence of a bedroom, portraying the timeless allure of a traditional cast iron four-poster bed draped with a mosquito net that commands attention. This artwork represents a different direction in my work from my traditional realism. It embraces a more imaginative approach, employing color pencils and graphite wash to evoke a subtle touch of a past era, playfully capturing the echoes of another time, allowing for a sense of fun and colour with creative exploration.
