This is a portrait of Graeme Stevenson (producer of TV show “Put Some Colour In Your Life”). This was my entry into the 2019 Archibald Portrait competition. Although the portrait was not selected as a finalist, It was a huge honour to paint the portrait of Graeme Stevenson, who has enriched the lives of many artists through his show “Put Some Colour In Your Life”. The show provides a resource to artists viewing the show, as it show-cases many different techniques as well as the personal journey in art that the featured artist has forged. For the artist interviewed and featured on the show, it shares their artwork and processes to a large audience in the art community, thereby helping to build their art career.
