A watercolour displaying a circle of ladies high fashion shoes. This watercolour was inspired by a previous painting of ladies shoes that I completed after a trip to Saks, 5th Av New york but these were in a high end repurposed shop called 'Flip' situated in Bulimba, Brisbane. It is called 'Un Cerchio di Scarpe' (A circle of shoes) as they were arranged in a circle under a table in the shop. I liked the contrast between the black table and marble floor, which gave the colour of the shoes a 'zing'.
