Once I place my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Original Artwork – If you purchase an original artwork the artist will pack and ship it. Expect arrival in around 7-10 business days. All deliveries must be signed for so please supply a delivery address that will be attended by you or someone you trust.
All other products – All of our products are printed on demand and will be ready to ship in 7 business days or less. Delivery time may vary between 1-3 days depending on your location but we will advise you of this when we receive your order.
How do I search your site for a specific style of image?
You can search for anything using the Search Box at the top of the site, As you enter information the search engine will start finding relative artworks for you.
Will the artwork I receive be exactly the same as what I see on my screen?
Not a simple question to answer. It will if you are working with a properly calibrated monitor but may look different if you are not. Rest assured the colours have been approved by the creator of the image and are as close as humanly possible to the original artwork or as the photographer prepared it. We pride ourselves on always producing the highest quality printing with consistent colour.
Can I ship to a different address to my billing address?
Yes, you can. There will be that option during the check-out process.
How do I check my Order Status?
You can log into your account to see what stage your order is at. When it is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
What payment types do you offer?

I’ve changed my mind, how do I cancel my Order?
We try to be very efficient here and get your order underway as soon as possible. As all orders are printed especially for each client, then cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of placement. You can cancel your order within this time by signing in again and requesting a cancellation.
Where are your products made?
All of our fine art reproductions, crystal blocks, and custom frames are produced in our Brisbane office in Bowen Hills. Everything happens under one roof! Originals come directly from the artist along with any other merchandise they offer
There’s an image I like but it’s not listed as available in the size or product that I want, can I get it in a custom size?
All of our artists and photographers choose the sizes and products that best suit their images. If you have a special request, we would be happy to ask the artist for you, they usually say yes unless there is a good reason not to.

What should I do if my artwork is damaged when it arrives?
As all artwork must be signed for, you must notify the courier delivering the work that there is a problem and ensure that he makes a note in his system. You can refuse to accept the parcel and tell them to return it to us. Please take as many photos as you need of the damage to the packaging and the product so we can use these images when claiming from the courier. Finally, contact us and give us all the details so we can arrange a replacement for you and make our claim from the courier.
