Refund and Returns Policy

Art House Reproductions and BuyArtNow has a 7 day satisfaction guarantee that provides you, the buyer, the opportunity to return the work for a full refund if there is a reason to do so.

We understand that colours on screen may be slightly different to the original artwork or a reproduction and that you choice may not quite fit the space as you had hoped. We understand that sometimes accidents happen and the work may be damaged in transit, this is also covered.

Here’s how it works…
1. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you’d like to return it.
2. You need to repackage the artwork in its original packaging and prepare it for return.
3. We will arrange a courier to collect it and email you a label which needs to be printed and applied to the package.
4. Upon receiving the package, we will issue you either a full refund or credit for your next purchase.
5. The cost of return freight will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged in transit?

It is important that you inspect your parcel when it is delivered to ensure it is received in good order and undamaged. Any damage must be recorded by the delivery driver so that insurance can be claimed. If the driver is not notified then we cannot claim on insurance and a refund cannot be provided to you.
